Eligibility Requirements

Age

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Education

Completed 10+2 education with Math, Physics, and English. Or, an equivalent degree from NIOS with the mentioned subjects.

Medical Fitness

Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate from a DGCA-authorised examiner.

Language Proficiency

Competent in verbal and written English for seamless global communication.

Licenses

Valid CPL (Commercial Pilot License).

Flight Experience

Must have a minimum accumulated flight hours of 250.

Learning Schedule

The training will begin with Psychometric and Aptitude Training where cognitive and behavioral assessments along with situational judgment training will be given. Then, under the Soft Skills Development you will be taught vital skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and crisis management. Lastly, with Airline-Specific Preparation, you will get a chance to participate in mock interviews with airline recruiters, group discussions, and panel interactions.
